Teatime Production worked with W Communications, Ryvita and Dr Rachel Edwards-Stuart to design and deliver a day of workshops in support of Dr Rachel's new Ryvita recipes. Guests at the Colour My Palate Cafe learned about how our senses influence flavour perception - with a focus on the effect of colour - before hearing about the molecule matching technique pioneered by Heston Blumenthal and employed by Dr Rachel as part of her process of designing her Ryvita serves, then sampling miniature versions.
