REA EU Food & Drink Trade Activations & Experiential Marketing
REA is an EU-funded initiative promoting European food and drink products in the UK, with a specific focus on recognised EU quality marks, including PDO (Protected Designation of Origin), PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) and certified Organic.

Expert-Led Trade Engagement at Scale
This is a complex and highly considered project, requiring the balanced representation of all 27 EU member states across the full spectrum of food and drink categories. To ensure consistent quality, compliance and engagement, Teatime has built a rotating team of specialist experts who are present across all activations. Rather than using general front-of-house agency staff, each event is delivered exclusively by subject-matter professionals, including:

Product Curation & Specialist Logistics
Teatime also manages full product curation and pre-event logistics for each activation. Individual events frequently feature 150+ product lines, many of which are fresh or chilled, and all of which are individually sourced from retailers to meet project requirements.
Our specialist logistics team oversees procurement, storage and transport, ensuring seamless delivery even under complex, multi-category conditions. This end-to-end management allows REA activations to operate smoothly at scale while maintaining accuracy, quality and compliance.
