Challenged to capture the 'light' side of Aero, Teatime commissioned interactive experts Harvey & John to design and build a 'bubbly playground', including levitating giant 'bubbles' and a movement-reactive hot chocolate fountain. Guests at the press launch were treated to an edible bubble presentation from chef Andrew Stellitano.
